Special Education Department Position
Qualified applicant must have a minimum of high school diploma or GED. Post-secondary education or training is preferred.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working within a school system or professional office environment. Experience with student management and compliance platforms—such as Skyward, TNPulse, and TEIS—is strongly preferred. Exceptional computer skills are required.
The goal of this position is to perform the tasks necessary for the effective operation of the Special Education department as determined by the Director of Special Education.
This is a 260-day (12 months) position with retirement and insurance benefits. Pay is determined by comparable work experience and placement on Grade 10 of the Hourly Classified Salary Schedule. Starting rate of pay will be no less than $21.28 per hour.
