Site IE Data Engineer – Industrial Engineer T1

Lebanon, TN

Key Responsibilities
  • The Site IE Data Engineer is a key user for digital solutions; SPOC and provides first‑level support & training.
  • Support local deployment of digital solutions.
  • Support digital solutions continuous improvement.
  • Qualified in BI & analytics to work with prepared data sets.
  • Act as local data steward: implements the standard for a data set in a certain area (e.g., in one factory), defines & controls data with stakeholders, manages data quality issues, and performs data cleansing and validation.
  • Daily, weekly, periodic, and annual data reporting for line performance such as TRS/OEE by line and equipment, including the elements that build the TRS/OEE reports. Also for line speeds, flow rates, NQC elements such as run setup, re‑use, destruction; this will also apply to data required such as MTBF, MT , MTBS for selected lines within the site MSE deployment plan.
  • Active member of local & regional IE/MSE team, giving functional support to the team when needed.
  • High degree of independence and collaboration, influencing skills laterally and with site leadership team.
  • Direct working relationship with the site Ops team and 3 manufacturing sites CI community and MSE and IE leads.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2 years of direct manufacturing site experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Role requires travel (~25%) to participate in training or support other sites.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a relationship-based team environment.
  • Certified in Problem Solving Methodologies or Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or actively working towards it.
  • Working knowledge of MSE FI tools (e.g., loss analysis).
  • Strong data acumen.
  • Working knowledge of Power

    BI, RCLMS and Production reporting.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
