- Proficient in the use of Autodesk products (Revit, Inventor 3D, AutoCAD 2D).
- Understanding of drafting standards & principles.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (formulas, hyperlinks, sorting and searching data).
- Must be a self-starter capable of working with minimal supervision
- Working knowledge of mathematical concepts (trigonometry, calculate volumes, slopes, weights, unit conversions, simple load calculations, metric equivalents, drawing scales).
- Must be detail oriented.
- Ability to work safely in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of precast concrete design a plus.
- Desire to continue to grow and develop.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Degree in Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, or similar degree is a plus.
- 0 - 2 years' drafting experience in manufacturing or construction industry
