CFO

Overview

We are seeking a seasoned CFO/VP Finance to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional to guide and lead our financial operations and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, preferably in the manufacturing or materials processing industry, and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics. Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year.

• Developing and implementing a financial strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
• Managing financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Oversee cost accounting processes specific for production, including raw material analysis, yield management, overhead allocation, and waste reduction.
• Ensuring full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
• Providing advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner.
• Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained.
• Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans.
• Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments.
• Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
• Working closely with the executive team to share reports and analysis findings.

• A minimum of 10 years of financial leadership experience, with a preference for experience in the manufacturing or materials processing industry.
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
• Ability to strategize and solve problems.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers.
• CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
