Commercial Lender

What You’ll Do:

• Inherit and expand an existing commercial loan portfolio, with immediate opportunity for growth.
• Originate CRE and local C&I relationships while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.
• Structure deals across commercial and consumer loan products with unrestricted access to the full balance sheet.
• Work within a simple, practical underwriting framework that emphasizes speed, sound judgment, and common sense.
• Underwrite deals through a heavily simplified process, structure terms, and collaborate closely with credit partners to efficiently move deals to close.

• Demonstrated success in CRE and C&I lending with a strong production track record.
• Solid credit acumen with the ability to structure deals independently.
• Relationship-first mindset with strong community ties.
• Comfort operating in an environment with autonomy, trust, and accountability.

• Existing book of business/No cold start.
• Broad lending authority across commercial and consumer products.
• Straightforward underwriting that supports deal flow rather than slows it down.
