Treasury Sales Manager

Lebanon, TN & Surrounding Middle Tennessee Markets

A growing, relationship-focused financial institution is seeking an experienced Treasury Sales Manager to expand its Treasury Management presence throughout Lebanon and the surrounding Middle Tennessee market
. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven banking professional who enjoys developing business, building long-term commercial relationships, and delivering customized treasury solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Treasury Management/Treasury Services, commercial banking, business development, and relationship management
, along with established connections in the local business community.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow Treasury Management relationships, deposits, and fee income throughout Lebanon and surrounding markets.
• Prospect and develop new relationships with commercial businesses, municipalities, professionals, and other organizations.
• Partner closely with Commercial Lenders and Relationship Managers to identify Treasury Management opportunities within new and existing relationships.
• Consult with clients to understand their cash-flow needs and recommend customized treasury solutions.
• Sell and support products including ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Wire Services, Merchant Services, Lockbox, Online Banking, Account Reconciliation, and other cash-management solutions.
• Conduct client presentations, product demonstrations, and treasury reviews.
• Develop strategies to deepen existing commercial relationships and increase deposit balances and non-interest income.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of Treasury Management opportunities and consistently meet established production goals.
• Assist with pricing, proposals, implementations, and onboarding of new Treasury Management relationships.
• Work collaboratively with operations, commercial banking, credit, and branch teams to ensure an outstanding client experience.
• Stay current on Treasury Management technology, fraud prevention, payment trends, and competitive market developments.
• Represent the bank through networking, community involvement, calling efforts, and business-development activities.

• 5+ years of banking experience, preferably within Treasury Management, Treasury Sales, Commercial Banking, or Business Banking.
• Proven success in business development and relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial deposit and Treasury Management products and services.
• Established business relationships in Lebanon, Wilson County, and/or the greater Middle Tennessee market preferred.
• Ability to identify client needs and develop solutions that strengthen and expand banking relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated professional who is comfortable prospecting and developing new business.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
• CTP or other Treasury Management certification is a plus but not required.
