Join Genesis as a Market President where you will be responsible within a defined territory, to lead, guide and direct the efficient and profitable operation of nursing centers and the delivery of quality care.

• Review monthly financial statements with the Nursing Home Administrators and Senior Vice President to identify variances, concerns, explanations and solutions.
• Recruits, orients and manages Nursing Home Administrators.
• Monitor census and marketing efforts.
• Conduct on-site visits to nursing centers in order to monitor physical plant, attend meetings and review issues concerning financial, personnel and overall operations
• Assess the operating and capital budgets and monitor their compliance with budgets.

• Must possess a four year college degree, preferably with an emphasis in Health Administration.
• Nursing Home Administrator licensure is preferred.
