Job Summary

Power Platform & SharePoint Developer (Governance & Automation Focus)

We are seeking a Power Platform & SharePoint expert with deep experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI
, and SharePoint Online to lead the governance, automation, and development of our Microsoft 365 platform.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building scalable solutions, setting governance standards, and collaborating with both business stakeholders and IT teams.

You’ll play a key role in shaping and maintaining a secure, compliant, and efficient Power Platform environment across the organization.

• Lead governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Build and manage Power Platform environments
  , DLP policies
  , and ALM pipelines
  .
• Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to design and implement a new environment strategy.
• Develop and support mission-critical Power Apps
  , Power Automate workflows
  , and SharePoint solutions
  .
• Design and build impactful Power BI dashboards and reports
  , including complex data modeling and troubleshooting.
• Drive adoption of governance and best practices across business units.
• Use tools like CoE Starter Kit

  , and Graph API to automate administration.
• Ensure compliance with security, change management, and ITIL frameworks.

• 5+ years' experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Strong hands-on skills in:
• • Power BI: DAX, Power Query, data modeling, report performance optimization
  • Power Apps & Automate:
    Workflow engineering, connectors, packaging solutions and development
  • Power Platform governance: ALM, environment setup, DLP, security roles and licensing
• Experience with:
• • Dataverse, CoE Starter Kit, Graph API
  • Power Shell scripting and automation
  • SharePoint administration & permissions
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Experience with:
  Share Gate, Jira, Nintex, Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD
