Job Summary
The Business Applications Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight, development, and ongoing optimization of Ultimate Linings’ core business systems, with a strong emphasis on Net Suite ERP, CRM, system integrations, and project delivery. This role bridges business strategy and technical execution, ensuring platforms are scalable, secure, and aligned with operational and financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities Net Suite Development & Platform Ownership- Serve as the functional and technical owner of Ultimate Linings’ Net Suite environment, including configuration, customization, scripting, workflows, and user roles.
- Design and deliver Net Suite enhancements that support manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and operational reporting needs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Net Suite solutions aligned with business priorities.
- Lead the design, implementation, and support of system integrations using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Oversee integrations between Net Suite and upstream/downstream systems (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, manufacturing, logistics, and data platforms).
- Ensure integrations are reliable, well‑documented, secure, and follow established integration and data governance standards.
- Lead application and integration‑related projects, including new implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and third‑party solutions.
- Apply structured project management practices to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Manage cross‑functional project teams, vendors, and implementation partners, providing clear plans, timelines, risk management, and status communication.
- Act as a liaison between business teams and technical resources to ensure solutions are practical, intuitive, and drive measurable business value.
- Support change management efforts, including user training, documentation, and post‑implementation stabilization.
- Continuously evaluate system usage and performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency, automation, and cost optimization.
- Manage relationships with Net Suite partners, integration vendors, and other application providers.
- Ensure applications and integrations comply with organizational security, data privacy, and internal governance standards.
- Support audits, controls, and documentation related to system access, integrations, and data integrity.
Minimum
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing or supporting business applications.
- Demonstrated hands‑on experience with Net Suite development and configuration.
- Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs and/or middleware platforms.
- Strong Net Suite skills, including configuration, customization, workflows, and reporting.
- Solid understanding of API‑based integrations and middleware concepts.
- Proficiency in translating business requirements into technical and functional solutions.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Formal coursework or training in project management or systems integration.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain, or operations‑focused organizations.
- Experience working with external implementation partners and managed service providers.
- Prior ownership of ERP or integration roadmaps.
- Experience with common iPaaS or middleware tools.
- Familiarity with analytics or reporting tools leveraged alongside Net Suite.
- Salesforce, warehouse management system experience.

Working Conditions- Primarily office‑based with extensive computer use.
