Our client is a growing manufacturing organization undergoing continued technology modernization and process improvement initiatives across its business applications environment. The team operates within a shared‑services model while maintaining dedicated operational support for a manufacturing facility, creating a need for a business‑focused technology leader who can bridge the gap between operations, applications, vendors, and enterprise IT.

• This is a highly visible opportunity to serve as the primary business applications leader supporting a manufacturing operation while helping shape future technology initiatives.
• Own and influence the organization's business application ecosystem with Net Suite serving as the core platform
• Partner directly with Operations, Quality, Customer Service, Finance, and Executive Leadership teams
• Drive application enhancements, integrations, process improvement initiatives, and technology adoption efforts
• Lead vendor relationships and collaborate with external implementation partners
• Support upcoming initiatives including customer portal development, workflow automation, reporting enhancements, and application modernization
• Play a key role in future AI, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Limited travel to corporate and sister‑company locations as needed

• The Business Applications & Integration Manager will serve as the primary technology partner responsible for business applications, ERP optimization, integrations, vendor management, and cross‑functional project delivery.
• Own and support Net Suite and related business applications
• Drive ERP enhancements, application upgrades, process improvements, and integration initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders across Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Quality, and Finance
• Manage relationships with software vendors, consultants, and implementation partners
• Support integrations between ERP, CRM, quality, logistics, and customer‑facing platforms
• Lead projects involving customer portals, automation, workflow improvements, and emerging technologies

• This role is critical because the organization is looking for a dedicated business applications leader who can bridge technology and operations while driving value from its enterprise systems.
• The right individual will help improve business processes, maximize ERP utilization, strengthen application integrations, and ensure technology investments directly support operational and strategic objectives.

• Experience supporting ERP and enterprise business applications environments
• Strong understanding of Net Suite or comparable ERP platforms
• Experience leading application enhancements, upgrades, implementations, or optimization initiatives
• Exposure to APIs, integrations, middleware, or interconnected business systems
• Experience managing software vendors, implementation partners, and third‑party technology providers
• Strong project leadership and business process improvement experience
• Manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, logistics, or process‑driven industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions
• Experience supporting reporting, analytics, workflow automation, or digital transformation initiatives is highly desirable
