** What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment*
* + Works with Salesforce users to understand system needs

+ Builds and supports objects, workflows, reports, dashboards

+ Supports integrations and data exchange

+ Requirement gathering and translating into solutions

+ Data quality improvements and automation

+ Monitor and improve user adoption

+ Sandbox environment management and testing

+ Data cleanup and maintenance

+ Automation and flow troubleshooting and maintenance

+ User profile management

+ End-user support and training

+ Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, business, or related field or equivalent work experience in information services.

+ Preferred 2 years of experience in Salesforce administration

+ Certified Salesforce Administrator

+ Certified Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Advanced Administrator or other additional certification are not required but are preferable
