HCA Healthcare seeks a Senior Clinical Informaticist to join our Data Science & AI department, driving innovative, data-informed care across our nationwide network. In this role, you will lead the design and optimization of clinical workflows, EHR configurations, and informatics solutions that enhance patient safety, quality, and clinician experience. Partnering with clinicians, data scientists, and IT teams, you will translate frontline needs into actionable data strategies and AI-enabled tools.

Responsibilities
- Lead design and optimization of clinical informatics solutions to improve patient outcomes and clinician workflows.
- Collaborate with clinicians, data scientists, and IT to translate clinical needs into data and AI-driven solutions.
- Guide configuration, integration, and governance of EHR and related systems across care settings.
- Use healthcare data analytics to identify trends, measure outcomes, and support evidence-based decisions.
- Champion data quality, clinical documentation standards, and interoperability (HL7/FHIR).
- Support adoption of AI tools, developing clinical use cases, workflows, and training materials.
- Manage and prioritize informatics projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Educate and mentor stakeholders on best practices in clinical informatics and data-driven care.
