Shiloh & Bros is a family-centered show with over 29 billion minutes watched. The show follows Shiloh and her four brothers in a world of video games. Known for their work as actors on Netflix’s Feel the Beat, Disney’s Tomorrow land, Nickelodeon, and Paramount’s Anchorman 2, siblings Shiloh, Elijah, Micah, Josiah, and Judah came together to create their own You Tube channels, Shiloh & Bros and Nelson Boys.

Both channels have had continued success and have amassed over 15 million followers. This year, the show expanded to new platforms and is now featured on Amazon Prime Kids. They've also added a third channel (Shiloh & Bros Gaming), a video game streaming channel, which has shown great success. Their content focuses on humor, heart, and the bond of family, providing entertainment that makes viewers laugh and smile.

We're looking for an Inventory Operations Coordinator who thrives on organization, systems, and accountability. This person will own the day-to-day management of our inventory and asset operations, ensuring that every department has what it needs to create exceptional content. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing order to fast-paced environments, solving logistical challenges, and creating systems that help an entire team succeed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage and maintain inventory of studio equipment, props, costumes/wardrobes, production supplies, set dec, and other company assets.
  • Receive, organize, label, store, and track incoming and outgoing inventory.
  • Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy.
  • Prepare equipment and inventory for upcoming productions, shoots, and events.
  • Coordinate the movement of assets between departments, productions, and storage locations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and proactively reorder supplies when needed.
  • Assist in developing and improving inventory systems, workflows, and organizational processes.
  • Maintain clean, organized warehouse and storage spaces.
  • Work closely with Production, Facilities, Creative, and Purchasing teams to support studio operations.
  • Generate inventory reports and communicate inventory status to leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or asset management.
  • Experience using inventory software, spreadsheets, or asset tracking systems is a plus (not required).
  • Familiarity with production, film, entertainment, or creative environments is a plus (not required).
  • Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is a bonus (not required).Exceptionally organized and detail oriented.
  • Self-motivated and takes ownership without constant supervision.
  • Reliable, trustworthy, accountable, and values good character.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Strong at problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Able to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A clear communicator who works well with multiple departments.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in warehouse/storage environments.
