Janitorial Night Porter

The Budd Group is hiring two experience full-time Night Porters, for a private large school campus.

Earn $500 retention bonus after 90 days. (Rules apply).

Location:

Coles Ferry Pike, Lebanon, TN

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, 4:00 p.m. – 12:30 a.m. or 5 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Janitorial Night Porter to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our facility's daily cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming, sanitary, and organized environment for everyone who walks through our school doors. This is a perfect full-time opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekday job.

• Restocking & Inventory:
  Keep bathrooms fully stocked with paper products and soap; safely receive and put away janitorial supplies.
• Routine Cleaning:
  Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, wiping down high-touch surfaces, and cleaning restrooms.
• Floor Care:
  Vacuum carpets and maintain floor cleanliness in common areas.
• Waste Management:
  Regularly pull trash and replace liners to keep the facility clutter-free.
• Teamwork:
  Complete other specialized cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor to keep operations running smoothly.

• Experience:
  
  1 year of janitorial or commercial cleaning experience required.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to walk extensive distances across campus and repetitively lift up to 35 lbs throughout your shift.
• Screenings:
  Must be able to pass a background check, drug screen, and E-verify.
• Work Ethic:
  Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work independently.
