A highly respected, long-standing healthcare organization is seeking a VP of Accounting & Finance to partner closely with a tenured CEO and lead an established, high-performing finance function.

- Present regularly to the Board and Audit Committee
- Maintain strong regulatory, audit, tax, and investment oversight
- Balance strategic leadership with roll-up-your-sleeves execution
- CPA
- ~15+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience with 10+ years in leadership
- Experience in health insurance or similar regulated environments required
- Comfortable navigating statutory vs. GAAP reporting
- Business-minded finance leader who enjoys both strategy and detail
- Thrives in collaborative, values-driven environments
