• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating glaze line or similar manufacturing equipment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine equipment adjustments.
• Ability to read and interpret production orders and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

• Experience with automated glaze line machinery and computerized control systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills related to glaze line equipment.
• Certification in manufacturing operations or related technical training.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.

• Operate and monitor glaze line machinery to apply glaze coatings uniformly on products according to specifications.
• Adjust machine settings and parameters to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
• Inspect products regularly for defects or inconsistencies and take corrective actions as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of glaze line equipment to prevent downtime and ensure operational reliability.
