Warehouse, Material Handler

Material Handlers - Lebanon, TN

This company is seeking Material Handlers for their Lebanon, Tennessee location. Material Handlers are responsible for loading, unloading, and moving materials within the plant, yard, or work site, as well as assisting with machine setup and packaging processes. The ideal candidate will have experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• One to three months related experience and/or training preferred
• Proven technical experience operating a forklift, side loader, pallet jack, crane, scissor lift, or other material handling equipment
• Must complete forklift safety training
• Ability to comply with all safety regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, safety rules, and shipping documents
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and use hands for extended periods
