We're seeking an experienced Production Department Manager to lead and manage a production department. The successful candidate will have full responsibility for managing and continuously improving the safety, quality, and productivity of the department. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

• Manage and lead a production team to ensure production objectives are consistently achieved
• Ensure departmental processes and output conform with customer expectations and quality standards
• Train team members to perform tasks safely and in conformance with quality standards
• Lead the team in applying lean and 5S methodologies to enhance quality and efficiency
• Manage departmental production activities, including production scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
• Develop and implement programs to improve quality, productivity, and safety
• Engage team members in continuous improvement and provide coaching and mentoring to develop team members

• Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of manufacturing or production experience; 2 years in a leadership position
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and continuous improvement activities
• Lean Manufacturing experience and background certification is a plus
• Excellent communication, leadership, and planning skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
