Production Team Leader

Metro Services is seeking to immediately fill Production Team Leader positions for a Manufacturing company in Lebanon, TN. This is a Temp-to-Hire job. This position is also open for travelers with paid Per Diem. Apply now!

Duties for this position include:

Lead and oversee daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are achieved

Supervise production team members by providing guidance, training, and support throughout each shift

Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and production schedules to maximize efficiency

Troubleshoot production issues involving large tonnage press machines, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment

Ensure products meet customer specifications and company quality standards

Promote a safe work environment by enforcing company policies and safety procedures

Maintain production records, communicate shift updates, and coordinate with management to resolve operational concerns

Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other production-related duties as assigned

Compensation (USD):$25.00–$28.00/hour Travelers ask about Per Diem Details

Schedule:

1st Shift Monday – Friday5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.Overtime:
Saturday or extended shifts as needed2nd Shift Monday – Friday1:00 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.Overtime:

Successful candidates must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of 6 years of experience working with large tonnage press machines, hydraulic systems, and pneumatic equipment

Technical school degree preferred, or eight years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Must provide steel-toe or composite-toe shoes/boots
