Join Nashville Display in Nashville, TN as a CNC Machinist / Robotics Machine Operator, where you'll train to program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding equipment in a high-tech manufacturing environment. Earn up to $24/hour during training, with opportunities for rapid pay increases as you develop advanced robotics skills.
Ideal candidates will have strong computer skills, experience with 3D modeling software, and the ability to read blueprints and a tape measure.

Schedule:
Work 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday overtime opportunities based on production needs. - Build a Career in Robotics & Automation: Receive hands-on training programming, troubleshooting, and optimizing robotic welding systems.

- Train to program, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding equipment.
- Set up robotic welding cells, fixtures, and jigs for production runs.
- Perform machine changeovers and assist with robotic system setup and calibration.
- Monitor weld quality and make programming adjustments to improve performance.
- Utilize blueprints, technical drawings, and measurements to support programming and production activities.
- Work with AutoCAD files, 3D models, and robotic programming software to develop and refine programs.
- Read and interpret blueprints and accurately use a tape measure to ensure quality and precision
- Conduct test runs and fine-tune robotic processes to maximize quality, efficiency, and productivity.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve production challenges and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment while meeting production goals and deadlines.
