• Manufacture, assemble, and package Bio Process Containers.
• Follow detailed instructions, including Standard Operating Procedures, work documents, and technical drawings, to ensure quality and consistency.

• Production experience (1 year preferred but not required).
• Basic computer skills for training modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Commitment to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Team-oriented mindset.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as production workers, assembly workers, warehouse workers, or order pickers.

Work in a fast-paced, controlled cleanroom environment for up to 10 hours a day, with potential overtime. Experience cleanroom conditions with more than 30% humidity, temperatures between 60–70°F, and ambient noise. Required gowning includes gloves, hair/beard net, face cover, and safety glasses; no makeup or jewelry is allowed. The role involves frequent forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion. Use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene is required.

The position requires the ability to stand, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift and occasionally lift and handle up to 40 lbs unassisted. Use of hand tools and equipment will be necessary.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of LEBANON, TN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
