The Press Operator position operates assigned Flexographic printing equipment to create a label product which meets the customer’s specifications.

3rd

Shift:  Sunday - Thursday, 11pm-7:30amJob

Duties Include:

* Operate press and run print jobs.
* Set up press to run print job.
* Read, understand and follow production work orders.
* Utilize daily dispatch prioritizing production order due dates.
* Produce label product which meets the quality standards.
* Produce label products while maintaining efficient operation of equipment.
* Maintain equipment and identify raw materials and tooling.
* Accurately report production numbers daily.
* Conduct quality checks of finished product.
* Troubleshoot production errors using the root cause analysis process.
* Maintain a clean and safe work area; sweeping floors and emptying trash as needed.
* Check equipment for calibration and alert supervisors and management if equipment is out of calibration.## Qualifications
* Machining or related work experience.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand on feet for shift.
* Mechanically inclined.
* Ability to learn and train.
* Attention to detail.
* Good basic math and measurement skills.
