Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Psych – Dartmouth Health, Lebanon, TN

Outpatient psychological services. 40 hours per week, Monday‑Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Use critical thinking to anticipate and recognize changes in patient status, modifying care plans or escalating to the team as needed.
• Act in accordance with the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics, advocating for patients, upholding autonomy, ensuring informed consent, and supporting families.
• Seek and act upon feedback to improve performance.
• Participate in governance of practice.
• Manage interpersonal relationships; mentor colleagues; delegate care appropriately; prioritize and organize time to optimize patient outcomes.
• Seek current evidence, standards, and translate them into practice; model inquiry; contribute to research, quality improvement, and evidence‑based practice.
• Communicate effectively in all formats; partner with others to effect positive change; precept students, externs, residents, and other team members; perform other duties as required.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

• Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate required upon hire.

Pay range: $39.00–$54.75 per hour. 40 hours per week.
