Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in line with the department’s requirements and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty. You will collaborate with medical providers and the care team, adopting a comprehensive nursing model of "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage," and will act as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, and other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), ensuring thorough and timely documentation of care administration in the patient’s medical record.
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response to the medication.
  • Respond promptly to patient requests and proactively anticipate patient needs, resolving them to maintain an excellent patient experience.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient’s medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow‑up measures, translating complex medical terminology into understandable information.
Qualifications
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required within 30 days of employment start (for RN).
  • Registered Nurse Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate Degree.
  • One year of acute‑care nursing experience required.
