As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department requirements and state standards. Collaborating with the care team, you will provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.

• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s), ensuring thorough and timely documentation in the patient’s medical record.
• Administer prescribed medications, monitor the patient for therapeutic response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate patient needs, and resolve them.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding.

• RN license required (Registered Nurse).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Experience in acute care and neurological nursing preferred.
