• Assessments and reassessments, developing individualized plans of care, medication administration, documentation, education, proper maintenance of equipment, and communication of patient needs.
• Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs.
• Provide respiratory, ventilator management, and monitoring for patients.
• Serve as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for well‑coordinated patient care.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems.
• Assess and coordinate patient’s discharge planning needs with members of your healthcare team.

• RN licensure by the Tennessee Board of Nursing or a Board of Nursing from a compact state.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• BLS required.
• Must obtain ACLS within 6 months of hire or transfer from a non‑ICU area.
• Specialty certification preferred.
• One to two years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
• ICU experience preferred.
