Are you a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a flexible, meaningful role where you can truly make a difference? At Tennessee Quality Care, we are seeking a compassionate CNA to join our Home Health team on a PRN basis.
Step outside the traditional facility setting and provide one-on-one care—helping patients maintain independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

- Provide hands-on personal care, including bathing, oral hygiene, shampooing, dressing, skin care, toileting assistance, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment
- Assist with changing bed linens and supporting daily living activities
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, pulse oximetry, and blood pressure (as ordered and competency-validated)
- Perform simple procedures as an extension of nursing services (with proper training and competency validation)
- Assist patients with self-administration of medications as permitted
- Observe and report patient conditions and any significant changes to the supervising nurse or case manager
- Current CNA certification in the state of practice
- Meets all training requirements and successfully completes competency evaluations
- At least 18 years of age
- Current CPR certification (or equivalent as required by regulations)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current automobile insurance
