Job Summary
Provide direct patient care and support the licensed healthcare team in the Plastic & Cosmetic Surgery department, including nursing interventions, wound care, and point‑of‑care testing. Work in close collaboration with the RN or a licensed healthcare team member to evaluate the patient’s plan of care and progress toward goal attainment. Shift: Monday‑Friday 8:00a.m.‑4:30p.m. or 7:30a.m.‑4:00p.m. covering Lebanon, Mt.Juliet, and Nashville.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with patients, families, and health‑care providers to deliver health‑care services.
- Follow established plan of care to ensure patient progress and effective outcomes.
- Support plans to promote health and a safe environment.
- Clinical Competency (Novice) – Demonstrate nursing interventions such as wound care, vitals, and point‑of‑care testing under supervision.
- LPN Care Planning (Novice) – Participate in plan development, anticipate resource needs, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- LPN Patient Education (Novice) – Demonstrate patient education in moderate‑difficulty applications under direction.
- Clinical Patient Documentation (Novice) – Collect, report, and record objective and subjective data accurately and timely.
- Perform routine tasks that impact team performance with occasional guidance.
- Utilize discretion and research to solve routine problems.
- Apply knowledge of standards, established processes and procedures that apply to your role.
- Provide guidance to entry‑level co‑workers.

Licensure:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LIC) – Tennessee.
Experience:
Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
Education:
Graduate of an approved discipline‑specific program.
LIC‑Licensed Practical Nurse – Tennessee.
