Role: Emergency Room Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER setting.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and manage patient pain, perform procedures, and document care accurately.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and anticipate additional requirements.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes to promote understanding and self-management.
- Collaborate with medical providers and care team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Advocate for patients, modeling commitment to organizational values and quality care.
- Minimum 1 year ER experience required.
- Certifications:
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (within 60 days), Basic Cardiac Life Support (within 30 days), Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (within 90 days), PALS (within 6 months). - Registered Nurse with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree or RN Diploma.
Key Attributes: Compassionate, proactive, collaborative, detail-oriented, and capable of translating complex medical information for patients and families.
