Acute Care Float Pool Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a hospital setting.

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and document care accurately.
• Respond to patient requests, anticipate needs, and provide compassionate support.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.

• Two years of RN experience.
• BSN, diploma, or associate degree in nursing.
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications (ACLS within 6 months, BLS within 30 days).
• Strong clinical skills, patient advocacy, and communication abilities.
