Job Responsibilities
- Be in compliance with company protocols.
- Ensure safe operating program is followed in laboratories.
- Practice routine housekeeping practices to support safe operations.
- Perform QC lab testing and help to maintain spreadsheets.
- Assist color samples approvals.
- Help with consumables and lab supplies.
- Assist with retain sample management.
- Accurately document all test results, observations, and deviations.
- Learn and become a critical portion of the research and development team.
- Track trends in batch performance and raw material quality, identifying shifts that may impact product performance or process consistency.
