FGF Brands, a North American bakery leader, is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to monitor safety and quality across production. You will sample, record, and analyze data to uphold food safety and工GMP standards.
Responsibilities include investigating quality issues, implementing corrective actions, and collaborating with Production and Sanitation teams. A high school diploma and 2-year lab/food science background are required, with Saturday work expected.
