This is a full-time, commission based, on-site Real Estate Agent position located in Lebanon, TN. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for helping clients buy and sell properties, providing expert advice about the local real estate market, and negotiating transactions. Daily tasks include preparing property listings, conducting market analyses, facilitating property showings, and delivering outstanding customer service to clients throughout their real estate journeys.

• Possession of a valid Real Estate License (Or in the process of obtaining one)
• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Knowledge and experience in Real Estate processes, including Real Property transactions
• Proven Sales skills and the ability to negotiate effectively
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently
• Familiarity with the Middle Tennessee real estate market is a plus
• Proficiency in using real estate management software and tools is beneficial
