Tellico Village Food Services operates multiple dining venues and event spaces across three championship golf courses, set along the scenic shores of Tellico Lake and the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains. Our setting is as exceptional as our cuisine. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality dining experiences and flawlessly executed events that keep Tellico Village property owners and external guests returning time and time again.

Tellico Village is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Food & Beverage to lead a growing, multi-venue dining operation in one of East Tennessee’s premier lakefront communities.

This is an exciting time to join our team. We currently operate three established restaurants and will be bringing a fourth venue online this summer, creating a unique opportunity for a proven leader to shape the future of food service in Tellico Village.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all food & beverage operations
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance across all venues
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety
  • Recruit, train, and develop management and hourly staff
  • Collaborate with executive leadership on long‑term planning and new restaurant openings
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven leadership, 5 – 7 years of experience in multi‑unit food service or hospitality
  • Strong financial, operational, and people‑management skills
  • Ability to lead with professionalism, accountability, and vision
  • Experience opening or scaling restaurant operations is a plus
Compensation and Benefits

$125,000 - $140,000

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
