We are currently hiring Full‑Time Member Specialist Team Associates to create unforgettable member experiences — the heart of our club.

• Make our club a vibrant part of the Lebanon community by supporting membership drives and increasing sales through new member sign‑ups.
• Available to work 40 hours per week between 8:00 AM ‑ 9:00 PM, five days per week, including at least one weekend day, through the grand opening and beyond.
• Love connecting with people and being part of an amazing, dynamic team of co‑workers.
• Contribute to your community and improve the lives of our members.
• Have a true passion for connecting with people and delivering outstanding member service.

The hourly wage range for this position is $18.00 to $26.00*

* The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

• Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register)
• Working with mobile retail applications
