Retail Manager

Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is seeking a Retail Manager to lead our country store team within our restaurant and retail location. In this role, you will oversee daily retail operations, drive sales, manage merchandising, and ensure an inviting, country-style shopping experience that reflects our Southern hospitality. Responsibilities include supervising and scheduling staff, coaching team members, monitoring inventory, and upholding visual standards.

You'll partner closely with restaurant leadership, resolve guest concerns, and help create a warm, family-friendly environment that keeps guests returning.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise retail team members, including training, coaching, and performance feedback
• Oversee daily retail operations, opening/closing, and cash handling procedures
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards that reflect Cracker Barrel's country store brand
• Monitor inventory levels, receiving, stocking, and product rotation
• Deliver friendly, efficient guest service and resolve guest concerns promptly
• Analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities to increase store revenue
• Create and manage staff schedules to meet guest traffic and labor budgets
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and loss prevention standards
• Collaborate with restaurant leadership to support overall guest experience and store goals
• Support hiring, onboarding, and development of retail team members
