Manage Perishable Departments including Produce, Fresh Meat, Packaged Meats, Dairy, Frozen Food, Bread, and Thaw and Sell Bakery products;
Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume and planning guides;
Assist in training associates on presentation, freshness, pricing standards, and safe handling of perishable foods;
Assist in scheduling coverage and manage daily work assignments and performance;
Record perishable inventory and markdowns and ensure sanitation and safety standards are followed.
