Virtual Sales Associate – Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

What Will You Do?

• Provides an extraordinary guest experience whether the guest is shopping online, virtually, or in-store using on-line chat feature.
• Answers guest inquiries and assists with navigating the shopping experience.
• Provides timely and accurate information to the guest.
• Researches, locates, and provides product solutions that aid the guest in making purchasing decisions.
• Upsells products and services.
• Offers and explains available payment options.
• Assist in Share Cart making to aid the guest in purchasing.
• Supports the recovery of guest sales.
• Meets or exceeds established and agreed upon sales goals.
• Remains up to date on all the products and services that the company offers.
• Interacts with team members and guests in a way that reflects our culture and core values.
• Training weekly to expand knowledge and grow as a professional agent.
• Willing to work in a team environment and work individually.

What Do You Need?

• Must have 1-2 years of sales experience.
• Proficient in technology, computer literacy and typing.
• Required to follow all scripts, policies and procedures as provided, and comply with guest experience training.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule which may include early morning, night, and weekend shifts.
• Internet connections at home.
