We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Sales Hunter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, while building trusted, long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong business development instincts, a consultative sales mindset, and a passion for delivering value—not just selling.

Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand needs and present tailored logistics solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and exceptional customer experience.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales activity records in CRM system.
- Represent TC Logistics professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of proven business development or “hunter” sales experience, preferably within logistics, transportation (trucking and/or courier), or healthcare-related services.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to uncover customer needs and offer solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Base salary plus uncapped commissions
