Mi Coronel Tortillas is looking for an experienced Sales & Business Development Associate to drive new business growth and develop sales strategies in partnership with our distributor network across Tennessee. This person will play a key role in identifying and acquiring new food service clients, strengthening strategic relationships, and helping shape the company's commercial direction in the food service channel. This role is based in Lebanon, TN, with regular travel throughout the state.

• Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new food service clients across Tennessee
• Develop and execute sales strategies
• Analyze sales and channel performance to identify growth opportunities
• Establish joint goals and plans with distributors, including promotions and product positioning
• Build and strengthen long-term strategic relationships with key partners
• Conduct in-person visits and presentations to prospective and current clients
• Report results and recommendations to company leadership
• Represent Mi Coronel Tortillas at industry events as needed

• 3-5+ years of experience in business development, sales strategy, or account management (required)
• Proven track record of new business acquisition and sales growth
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within Tennessee
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
