Ferguson - Up to $29.08/hour - - Responsibilities:
Conduct routine inspections of premises, grounds, building systems, equipment, Autostore, and furnishings;
Maintain optimal functioning of Autostore on the assigned shift;
Perform preventative maintenance on building systems including Plumbing, Electrical, Generator, HVAC, Appliances;
Maintain and service Fire / Life Safety Systems including Fire Inspections, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sprinklers, Fire Alarms, Emergency Lighting and Smoke Detectors;
Coordinate contractors for professional repairs and maintain records of equipment and building systems
