Location:
Lebanon, TN Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour

Requirements- High school diploma or GED
- Six to twelve months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination
- Tow-motor operator certification
- Knowledge of electrical circuits
- Basic understanding of electric motors, water pumps, and vacuum pumps
- Ability to plan and fabricate projects
- Ability to read safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Basic mathematical skills
- Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Perform routine lighting and HVAC maintenance
- Complete preventive maintenance on machinery
- Dismantle defective equipment
- Install new or repaired components
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machine parts
- Repair and maintain facility structures
- Operate table saws, drill presses, and band saws
- Fabricate machine parts, jigs, fixtures, and tools
- Build and repair counters, benches, partitions, and wooden structures
- Perform additional maintenance tasks as assigned
