  • Follow direction from the Foreman and crew leadership, maintaining pace and production expectations
  • Assist with grade checks, measurements, and basic layout tasks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard‑free jobsite at all times
  • Communicate clearly with crew members to support workflow and coordination
  • Work in varying weather conditions and active construction environments
  • Identify and report safety hazards, equipment issues, or jobsite concerns immediately
  • Follow all ADCCO safety policies, PPE requirements, and OSHA guidelines at all times
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in asphalt paving, construction, or outdoor labor preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding outdoor environment in varying weather conditions
  • Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing repetitive manual labor tasks
  • Ability to follow direction, stay on task, and contribute to overall crew productivity
  • Strong work ethic with a team‑oriented mindset and willingness to support crew needs
  • Reliable transportation required; valid driver’s license preferred
  • Willingness to work extended hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak season
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work each day
Compensation & Benefits
