RV Service Repair Technician

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking an RV Service Repair Technician to join our San Diego, CA team. In this on-site role, you'll diagnose and repair RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems while delivering high-touch customer service. You'll perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and detailed repair documentation, collaborating closely with service advisors and parts staff. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
• Perform scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on customer RVs
• Document work performed, parts used, and repair recommendations in service systems
• Collaborate with service advisors to explain repairs and timelines to customers
• Uphold safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Test-drive and function-test RVs to verify quality of repairs
• Assist in parts identification and coordination with the parts department
• Support a customer-focused service experience aligned with company culture
