Blue Compass RV Nashville is seeking an Experienced RV Technician to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues on both motorized and towable RVs. You will lead by example, mentor junior technicians, and ensure all systems pass pre-delivery inspections.
The role requires 3+ years of hands-on RV service experience, RVIA/RVDA or manufacturer certifications preferred, and strong problem-solving skills. A valid driver’s license and team collaboration are essential.
