The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of manufacturing facilities by performing routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and structural systems. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of industrial electrical and mechanical experience in a production or manufacturing setting (corrugated/packaging experience is a plus).
• Safety driven
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, electrical drawings, and schematics.
• Ability to safely work with 24V DC to 600
  
  VDC, and 120
  
  VAC to 480
  
  VAC.
• Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and measuring tools with proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of basic maintenance tasks (lubrication, inspection, troubleshooting, repairs, etc.).
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and overhead work.
• Work in environments with moving machinery, extreme temperatures (-20°F to 125°F), and at heights up to 38 feet.
• Basic computer skills for entering work orders and documenting maintenance activities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of industrial electrical and mechanical experience in a production or manufacturing setting.
• Associate degree or higher in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field.
