Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Drivers
Average $90,000 annually. Home daily. Two consecutive days off.
Responsibilities- Drive late model Penske Truck Leasing trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort
- Local tire deliveries and shuttle runs
- Average 15 to 20 stops per week
- Maintain professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers
- Assist on the yard as needed
- Monday through Friday or Sunday through Thursday
- Dispatch ranges from 2 PM to 4 PM

Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
- Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
- English language proficiency as required by law
- Ability to complete Penske employment application, background investigation and drug screening
- Position is safety-sensitive; must work in a constant state of alertness and be responsible for personal and others’ safety
- Vision, hearing, and the ability to see in close, distance, peripheral, and depth
- Frequent movement; ability to stand, walk, and sit; frequent use of hands; reach with hands and arms
- Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area
