Trans Force is seeking a CDL A Driver to support local operations based in Lebanon, TN. This is a long-term FLEX assignment with the opportunity to move into a permanent position.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday, 5 PM Start, 10-14 hour shifts
• Pay: $24 per hour + overtime after 45 hours

• Route Type:
  Home daily, 250-300-mile radius
• Freight / Load Type:
  General Freight
• Handling:
  Drop and Hook, Live load / Live unload

• Safely operate equipment on local routes
• Transport palletized freight in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
• Perform required handling tasks, including drop and hook and the occasional unload
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
• Meet the physical demands of the role

• License: CDL A
• Experience:
  
  4+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
• Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
