Job Description

Proman Staffing is hiring skilled Forklift Operators for a leading warehouse and distribution operation in the Mt. Juliet and Lebanon, TN areas. Candidates must have recent forklift experience and be proficient on specific equipment based on assignment.

Forklift Operator - Warehouse

Mt. Juliet & Lebanon, TN Pay:
Up to $20.50/hour 1st & 2nd Shift Available

Note:

The Lebanon facility is near the Speedway and is not located in the main Lebanon area. Please ensure the commute works for you before applying.

Schedule and Pay Rates

1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Warehouse Associate: $17.50/hr
Forklift Operator: $19.00/hr

2nd Shift - 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Forklift Operator: $20.50/hr

Important:
Candidates selected for 2nd shift must be available to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM).

Required Forklift Experience

Candidates must be proficient on the primary equipment listed below. Brand-specific experience is required.

Reach Truck Operator

Must be proficient operating BOTH:

Hyster Reach Truck
Raymond Reach Truck
Order Picker Operator

Must be proficient operating BOTH:

Hyster Order Picker
Raymond Order Picker
Dock Stocker Operator

Must be proficient operating:

Hyster Dock Stocker

Preferred Secondary

Experience:

Raymond Reach Truck
Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ)
Hyster Clamp Truck
Clamp Truck Operator

Must have experience operating:

Hyster Clamp Truck

Preferred Secondary

Experience:

Stand-Up Propane Clamp Truck

Job Duties
Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently
Load and unload trucks
Pull and stage orders
Shipping and receiving
Put-away inventory
Heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Follow all safety procedures
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes required
Ability to pass:
10-Panel Drug Screen
7-Year Background Check
Dress Code
Pants or shorts
T-shirt
Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear (composite toe preferred due to metal detectors)
Orientation Information
Orientation is conducted on Tuesdays only
Candidates must be submitted by the prior Friday
Check-in is completed with Amanda from Proman Staffing on the first day
