Quality Inspector

Nextaff is seeking a productive and safety conscious Quality Control Associate in Lebanon, TN.

Salary: $18-$20 per hour. Benefits available Day 1 (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, etc.). Weekly pay is issued every Friday. Both Full‑time and Part‑time positions are available.

• Read, interpret, and apply Company Policy and Procedures.
• Recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer.
• Identify damaged product at any point in the warehousing process and take appropriate action when discovered.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned.
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: the number of pallets picked and the stage location.
• Prepare receiving, storage, and shipping documentation, retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process.
• Be aware of and follow location- and work center safety and security policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines. Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time.
• Good attitude and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done.
• High level of accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work overtime (Required).
• Willingness to undergo criminal background check and drug screen (Required).

Job Type: Full-time. Salary: $18-$20.
